To change an item, we kindly ask you to contact us via email on the "CONTACT US" page, so we can better organize your change.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
The customer has the right to return the item by contacting us no more than 2 days after delivery of the product.
To return an item, we kindly ask you to contact us by email on the "CONTACTS" page so that we can better organize your return.
The collection will be scheduled with the courier; once the package has been received in our office, we will refund the price of the item by retaining € 5.00 as a partial cost of the return shipment.
The latter must be repackaged, inside the package or envelope received or in the absence of this in a similar solution, guaranteeing the safety of the product.
