By placing an order in the various ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and declares to accept these conditions of sale.

Confirmation of your order will be taken as proof of your acceptance of the provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions.

-The illustrative images in the product sheet are for information purposes only, and may not be perfectly representative of the characteristics of the article. For example, they may differ in color and size also based on the type of browser and monitor used to access the site to view the images; furthermore, in the illustrative photos, script objects can be inserted, which have nothing to do with the brand.

-Once the order and payment have been made, TRII RAM will not have any data from the customer's credit card available, but only the data useful for shipping that will not be used for any other purpose and in compliance with the EU 2016 regulation / 679.

-The shipping costs will be divided between TRII RAM and the customer, who can view them before making the payment

-The delivery times indicated by TRII RAM are purely indicative; it is possible that there may be a delay of 1 to 5 working days for reasons that do not depend on TRII RAM, but on the shipping company.

- If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any original return and shipping costs. Please note that TRII RAM is not responsible for orders that have been marked as delivered, nor for which delivery attempts have been made. TRII RAM is not responsible for any customs duties or local taxes due to international shipments. In this case, the customer is asked to view the regulations in force for the various countries, as it may be necessary to pay these duties to release the order.

-At the time of delivery, the customer is required to check the exact number of packages and if the package is damaged, in case of anomalies in number or damage please contact TRII RAM by phone or e-mail

-The customer has the right to return the item no more than 2 days after the delivery of the product, by contacting TRII RAM by e-mail.

The cost of the return is a partial contribution of the shipment for the return of the package, equal to € 5.00 for more information see the "item exchange and returns" page.

-The cancellation of an order can be fully refunded only if the latter has not already been shipped and therefore already ordered to be picked up and taken over by the courier, in which case the cost of the item / s will be refunded, but not the shipping cost.

- The resale, rental or use for commercial or professional purposes of products purchased from the site are expressly prohibited.

-TRII RAM reserves the right to refuse orders from any customer with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute regarding a previous order. This also applies to all cases where TRII RAM considers the customer unsuitable, for example in case of previous violations of the Terms and Conditions for online purchases on the site or for any other legitimate reason, in particular when the customer has been involved in fraudulent activity of any kind.

- TRII RAM products are subject to stock limits. You can check the availability of any item offered on the site at any time.

Occasionally, there may be problems with the availability of certain products. In such circumstances, TRII RAM will take care to inform the customer as soon as possible (and in any case within the delivery deadline as specified below) by e-mail or other address. TRII RAM will give the customer the option to order a different item of the same type or, alternatively, to cancel the order. If the customer decides to cancel the order, no credit card will be charged. In the event that the credit card has already been charged, TRII RAM will refund the full amount no later than 30 days.

-TRII RAM reserves the right to modify the articles offered on the Site at any time, without prior notice.

- Limitation of Liability: TRII RAM will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages and, in particular, assumes no responsibility for loss of income resulting from the purchase of TRII RAM brand products from the site.
